British and English summer meets 2023

A huge congratulations to all the Chase swimmers who competed at  both the British and English Summer Championships held at Ponds Forge Sheffield. 

The hard work and dedication shown by the swimmers and coaches alike resulted in numerous personal best performances throughout the championships, many of which resulted in qualification to race finals.

Special mention to Bethan Cooke and Isabel Owen for their outstanding medal winning performances. 

Bethan won silver in the 200m backstroke at the English Nationals to join her Bronze medal in the 50m freestyle at the British Championships.

Isabel won two medals at the English championships, Silver in the 100m Breaststroke and Bronze in the 200m breaststroke.
