Celebrating Success at the Club Championships Presentation Evening 2024

We had our Club Championships Presentation Evening on Saturday 30^th November 2024 which is an annual event that brings together swimmers, coaches, families, and supporters to celebrate the dedication, effort, and achievements of our athletes throughout the season. This highly anticipated evening is the perfect opportunity to showcase the incredible talent within our club, highlight personal growth, and outstanding performances and what a night it was!

A Night of Celebration

Every year, the Club Championships celebrates the swimmers' hard work and commitment. The evening is designed to honour not only the fastest and most skilled swimmers but also those who have demonstrated improvement, perseverance, and sportsmanship. With so many accomplishments to recognise, it’s an event filled with pride, applause, and excitement.

From our youngest developing swimmers from LTS to the seasoned Seniors and new to Champs this year our very own Masters Squad. Every swimmer has a reason to be proud, and the presentation evening ensures that every achievement is recognised. Whether it’s a new personal best time, a new club record, or simply taking part, every swimmer’s effort is celebrated.

The Club Championships bring together swimmers of all ages and abilities. The competition is fierce, with every swimmer striving for personal improvement and team success. The range of events, from sprint races to longer-distance challenges, ensures that every athlete can shine in their own way. The atmosphere was great, with family members, friends, and club supporters as proud as ever.

Awarding Successes

The highlight of the evening is, of course, the awards ceremony. The top swimmers in each event are recognised for their performance, with trophies awarded to the fastest in each age group. However, the celebration goes beyond just the best times. Awards are also given for the most improved swimmers, outstanding sportsmanship, and overall contributions to the club.

We also celebrate this year which was new to Chase special accolades for the swimmers who set new club records. These moments of history are significant for both the swimmer and the club, and they are celebrated with great pride. It’s a moment where the hard work of the athletes is preserved, inspiring future generations of swimmers to strive for greatness and to more importantly beat last year’s records!
