Chase Swimming Club Shines at a Staffordshire Weekend of swimming!

Chase Swimming Club enjoyed a fantastic weekend of racing, teamwork and success across two major Staffordshire competitions, with swimmers, coaches and supporters all playing their part in an outstanding set of results.

On Saturday 16 May, Chase had teams competing in Staffs League Round 1 to begin a busy and successful weekend for the club. One team raced at Stafford and finished in 4th place, while another team competed at Fenton and came 5th. These strong results set the tone for the weekend and showed the strength in depth across the whole squad.

The success continued on Sunday 17 May 2026, when Chase attended the Staffordshire ASA Relays and Skins County Championships with both an A team and a B team, and both teams swam amazingly throughout the day. Chase swimmers worked their socks off to secure plenty of wins and produced a performance to be proud of from start to finish. The club came away as Top Performing Club of 2026, crowned three County Skins champions, earned two County Skins runners-up spots, and also claimed the title of Senior Female Relay Champions for a 4^th year in a row. It was a brilliant display of determination, team spirit and talent, with every swimmer contributing to a memorable day for the club.

A huge thank you goes to the Head Coach and all the coaching team for their support in helping secure the wins and performances Chase achieved this weekend. Thank you as well to the volunteer team managers, officials and parents who continue to make these opportunities possible by supporting the club, getting swimmers to training, and ensuring they are ready to compete. Weekends like this are a real team effort, and everyone involved should feel incredibly proud.
