July 18th 2023Chase Swimming Club has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious coach to join our team as Head Coach, to manage the Performance Programme in an established and successful club with great potential.
We are a competitive Club affiliated to Swim England. Established in 1970’s the Club provides swimming opportunities from young swimmers to masters. We have developed swimmers to achieve success at club, county, regional and national levels.
Club performance results are already improving consistently and there is the potential for a Head Coach to take the club to the next level, whilst also continuing to cater for all abilities and aspirations.
The Head Coach will develop and drive the Club to perform at a higher level, working with the junior coach and the rest of the coaching team. You’ll play a key role in supporting the Club ethos to encourage children and young people at all levels of ability and achievement to enjoy and benefit from swimming.
In this exciting leadership role, you will also guide and inspire coaches, volunteers and parents to facilitate swimmers reaching their full potential. The role reports to the Committee.
