Junior League win

Chase SC competes in the Nuneaton and District Junior League every year, which has three competitive rounds and a final in September for the teams placed in the top six of each division. This is a competition for swimmers aged 9 to 12. In September 2016, Chase finished at the top of the table for Division two, winning promotion to the Premier Division for the following season, as well as a place in the prestigious final held at Wolverhampton Central Baths.

The final is a major event in the local swimming calendar and an opportunity for younger club swimmers to experience the exciting atmosphere of a team final.

Following an exceptional performance from all swimmers, we were delighted to finish as overall winners. We also took the prize for the best fancy dress during the team parade and smashed several League records for relay and individual events. This was a fantastic end to Kate Mullinder’s time as Junior Coach.
