Our Learn to Swim Squad Shines at the Distance Badge Session!

March 23rd 2025

We had a fantastic day today with our Learn to Swim squad as they took part in the Distance Badge session. We couldn’t be prouder of each one of our swimmers who showed incredible determination and skill in the water.

From the youngest newbies to our more experienced swimmers, everyone brought their A-game.

Achievements Worth Celebrating

We saw swimmers achieve milestones that they will remember for a lifetime. Starting with the 25mbadges, our little ones showed tremendous courage and determination.

Moving up the ladder, we had swimmers earning their 50m, 100m, and 200m badges.

The Big Milestone - One Mile!

The one-mile swims were the main event of the day. The swimmers completed 1,600m with determination. These athletes managed fatigue and maintained their focus, reflecting their hard work and dedication.

Our Teachers were over the moon with the progress and achievements of all our swimmers. They’ve seen firsthand the effort and commitment these young athletes put into their training, and today was a testament to that hard work paying off. The Distance Badge session is not just about earning badges; it’s about building confidence, fostering a love for swimming, and creating lasting memories.

We’d also like to give a shoutout to the parents and guardians who have supported their swimmers every step of the way. Your encouragement and belief in their abilities played a huge role in today’s successes. Seeing you cheer from the sidelines and celebrate their accomplishments made the day even more special.

As we wrap up this incredible day, we’re already looking forward to the next Distance Badge session. The bar has been set high, but we know that our Learn to Swim squad is up for the challenge. With their determination and our support, there’s no limit to what they can achieve.

So, here’s to our amazing swimmers – you’ve made us incredibly proud. Keep swimming, keep striving, and keep believing in yourselves. The sky (or should we say the pool?) is the limit!

Until next time..
